Okay! So you are browsing around the internet trying to find “tips and tricks on affiliate marketing” to crack the code and start making money.
And you suddenly stumble upon that YouTube ad that talks about the secret code that top affiliate marketers are trying to hide from you and which will make you a millionaire in the next 30 days. All you need is to join the course that teaches you this “secret code”.
Seen that?
Me too!
Numerous times. In fact, YouTube is full of these ads. There are thousands of videos that these so-called “successful affiliate marketers” put out there on YouTube.
And in this post, I am going to break that secret and tell you the “CODE” that every affiliate marketer has been hiding from you.
I am not sure if you want to call me a “successful” affiliate marketer, because I am not the kind that flashes dollars, luxury cars, and huge mansions.
But I make a decent income from my affiliate marketing business that helps me do what I want to do in life, enjoy time with my family and buy things without having to look at the “PRICE TAG“.
And that is the definition of “SUCCESS” for me. You can read more about me on my about page. Maybe, you might be able to relate to my story.
Anyways, back to what we were discussing.
In this post, I will be breaking the “SECRET CODE” that everybody has been hiding from you until today and that essentially means that you will not have to buy that next affiliate marketing course.
Do you need an Affiliate Marketing Course?
Internet marketing is a very strange business.
Why strange?
Because it is probably the easiest business out there.
It doesn’t need a ton of investment, no door-to-door selling, you don’t have to be in the shop for 19 hours to sell your products and above all, can be done from the comforts of your home.
Yet, very few people succeed in internet marketing.
Why?
Because internet marketing is simple!
Yes, you heard that right.
Internet marketing is simple and the simplest things are the most difficult to implement and succeed. Because we human beings are hard-wired to believe that if something has to be worthwhile of trying and succeeding at, then it has to be complex and difficult.
And it is here that the entire digital marketing industry thrives, including affiliate marketing.
So, does that mean that all affiliate marketing courses are scams and that you do not need any courses?
Not really!
Learning and teaching can never be a scam. And it is important to learn and upskill yourselves.
One of the biggest drawbacks of the internet and digital knowledge is that it is available for FREE on the internet.
And when something is can be made available for FREE and can be consumed for FREE, validation of the worthiness of the knowledge that is being shared becomes difficult.
This essentially means that there is no way to validate if what you are learning is right or, wrong.
Also, because of the amount of information available online, it is extremely easy to get overwhelmed.
It is here that courses and training become important.
They compile real, worthy, and practical information and present it in a format that is simple to understand and implement. This takes away the overwhelm and also ensures that you are getting information is validated for worthiness.
So you would need courses that can train you and teach you.
After all, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, etc. are all skills. And for somebody who is new to these topics will need to fall back onto a training or, course to teach them these skills.
Am I contradicting myself?
Wasn’t I telling you that you don’t need to buy that next digital marketing course?
Let me clarify that for you.
The Secret Code to Affiliate Marketing Success
One of the easiest ways to get the attention of your audience is to tell them that you have a “SECRET” that you are going to share with them.
Didn’t I catch your attention when I said the same thing a few paragraphs above?
And when that “SECRET” that you are going to share is about becoming a millionaire overnight, no force in the universe can STOP you from entering the credit card details onto the order form.
Agree?
I am sure you do. Because I was in exactly the same position a few years back.
Back then, Clickbank was flooded with push-button software that could generate tons of traffic and even hundreds of thousands of dollars.
And I bought every other software that came out only to find that, while the push-button was there, it did not work to do any of those things that it promised to do.
In fact, it only trained my fingers to push the button so much so that I could push a button even as I slept. It did nothing else.
The latest trend of “SECRET CODES” is just the same. Except that now there are no more push-buttons. Instead, it has been replaced by a “SECRET CODE”.
Go to YouTube and search for Affiliate Marketing Course and you will find thousands of videos with thumbnails that stare onto your face and read about “the trick to make millions” from affiliate marketing.
Why is everybody making the same kind of videos with a similar-looking thumbnail?
Because it works!
The “SECRET CODE” and the “SECRET TRICKS” are terms that can draw you into watching the videos and then lead you into the rabbit hole of “affiliate marketing courses”.
So, coming back to our question.
Am I contradicting myself?
Absolutely not!
I absolutely recommend affiliate marketing courses to everyone. You should in fact, join a good affiliate marketing course before you get into it seriously.
This can save you a lot of time and will help you succeed faster in comparison to, you trying to do it on your own, with all the free information that is available online.
But what I don’t recommend is, joining that affiliate marketing course that promises you the “SECRET CODE” to becoming a millionaire overnight.
In fact, stay away from any course that promises to teach you a SECRET.
Because the secret to succeeding in affiliate marketing, that these courses will show you once you are inside is a simple code – “SLOG YOUR ASS OUT”.
Yeah! That’s right.
Slog it out.
You will have to work hard, follow a system and do it just like you would have run a real business. Success will follow.
There is no other secret code!
My simple advice – Join an Affiliate Marketing Course that teaches you the system and the details of how the affiliate marketing business works.
Then implement what you have learned and build your business.
Nothing can stop you from succeeding.
