If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any services in the form of courses, webinars, or, workshops that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to DKSpeaks Media LLP, # 136, Radiant Heritage, 93/3, Rayasandra, Sarjapur Hobli, Bangalore – 560099.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service that includes digital books, courses, webinars and workshops.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods (as mentioned in the above definition) from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to The Podcasting University, accessible from https://dkspeaks.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Please read this section carefully in order to understand your rights to cancellation of orders.

Wherever it is explicitly mentioned on the sales page and any products and services that come with the cancellation and refund option, You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which Your order is complete and receipt or, invoice pertaining to the same is issued to you.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

By the very nature of the service that we offer, there are no Physical goods that need to be returned and hence there are no guidelines to return any product.

In the event that you wish to cancel a service you bought from us, all your accesses will be canceled and revoked. There is no need of returning any digital products that you might have received unless otherwise mentioned explicitly in the purchase agreement.

Non-refundable Services

The following services cannot be canceled and there are no refunds applicable:

  • Webinars and workshops are not eligible for cancellation and refund. Any charges paid towards these will not be refunded
  • Any goods that have an explicitly mentioned “no-cancellation and refund” policy are not eligible for cancellation and refunds.

While our services, wherever applicable, come with a no-questions-asked refund policy, we reserve the right to seek further and additional information in cases where there is a reasonable reason for suspicion.
